UPDATE 9/7/10-Just wanted to let you know that we received our wedding album upon arriving to our new home…everything looks wonderful! Now that I am slowly unpacking our apartment, I am taking breaks to look through all the great images. Thanks again, Rebecca! We are so happy with everything. ~Lee & Brian
Lee is an architect, and if you follow my blog, you know how I frequently incorporate architecture in my portraiture…Two days after their wedding, Bride magazine contacted me requesting an image featuring an interesting Philadelphia location — I thought the above photo would fit their request, so this may be published in the upcoming Bride Philadelphia edition. The bridesmaid dresses match the Cleopatra banner.
Cute Kate Spade shoes. Floral design by Long Stems in Merion Station. Flip flops from Old Navy, of course!
Custom made and totally fun bridesmaid necklaces by Good Golly Designs.
Dad.
Lee wore a Melissa Sweet gown from Priscilla of Boston in Suburban Square. Hair by Meghan.
Cosmetics by Robin of Cheekadee.
Lee and Brian held their nuptials at St. Matthias Catholic Church in Bala Cynwyd. A church with, you guessed it…particularly nice architecture. I appreciate the relatively low ceiling.
Bridal party photos at Philadelphia’s Logan Circle, also known as Logan Square.
Below is a watercolor Lee did of her and her bridesmaids prior to the wedding, we matched it fairly well, didn’t we? Lee is also a graphic artist and founded LoveLee Graphics, featuring unique design for all of your wedding day stationary!
A stunning reception in Franklin Hall of the Franklin Institute with the giant statue of Ben. Floral arrangements by Long Stems. Catering by Frog Commissary. Entertainment by Marc Fisher.
One of my best friends and wonderful photographer, Laurie Beck Peterson, helped me out on this wedding. She shot both the above and below images. Love this moment captured between Lee and her dad during their dance! Thank you, Laurie!
