WOW, Rebecca!! These photos are just fabulous!!! They all showcase all the fun we had and we look great!! Love the black and white one of Michael and I from behind in the grass, that is a big framer! The day was so fun and wish we could go back. 🙂 Thanks so much Rebecca! ~Stephanie
Stephanie and Michael married on a gorgeous afternoon in May at the Ballroom at Ellis Preserve in Delaware County’s Newtown Square. Built in 1942, the historical landmark is situated in a pastoral green setting. The grounds are ideal for an outdoor ceremony or cocktail hour. The grand Greek revival facility with its towering columns features a state-of-the-art grandiose ballroom that is perfect for dinner and a reception. The ballroom features a bold but neutral color palette. Stephanie prepared in the spacious bridal suite with her five bride’s maids, her mother, and her sister, Heather. I’m shooting Heather’s wedding this June. There’s nothing I love more than shooting sisters’ weddings, because I already know the family! My favorite part of the beautiful location on the open grass in front of the historic Ellis Preserve was their ceremony under the floral wedding arch by Margaux St. Ledger of Fleur De Lis Floral. Stephanie’s gown was a Paloma Blanca gown, complete with pockets! She had a great experience at La Bella Mode Bridal Boutique in Conshahocken, Pa. Her cosmetics were done by Beke Beau’s Samantha — gorgeous! After the outdoor ceremony and indoor/outdoor cocktails, the reception was held in the ballroom, with a peachy-red uplighting. Scroll down to see the stately columns in peachy red.
