Rebecca & Mike did not go on a traditional honeymoon, they traveled to Uganda to work on a documentary! Last summer, Rebecca, a school teacher in Washington Heights, volunteered to teach English in Uganda with the organization Invisible Children. Now, she is returning to work with the organization, Peace Together Uganda. They have asked her to produce a documentary about women’s education in hopes to have a new school built especially for young girls. Mike has two graduate degrees in filmmaking, so he will be the director and photographer.
Congratulations, Becca & Mike!!
